2013 Annual HOA Meeting - NEW DATE

Where: Cinco Ranch Library (2620 Commerce Center Blvd, Katy, TX 77494)
When: Thursday, May 16th, 7:00 PM (6:45 PM signin)

Please plan to attend the annual HOA meeting where we will discuss various neighborhood business and elect our board for the next year. A detailed agenda was mailed to home owners this past week.

The meeting needed to be rescheduled because the packets that were sent out in the mail contained ballots rather than proxies which are required for absentee voting.

Spring Neighborhood Garage Sale!

When: Saturday, April 8th, 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

It's that time of year again - time for our Spring Garage Sale. Start cleaning out your closets, spare bedrooms, the attic and anywhere else you store your unused stuff and get it ready for sale. We've had great turn-outs in the past so get ready for the crowds.
